As an Ordained Minister, Life Coach (specialty is Greif and Forgiveness) and Board Certified Hypnotherapist, I am in the business of helping people.
I have a heart for helping people through the most joyous day of their life and also the the saddest day of their life. I take great pride in knowing that I have provided heartfelt ceremonies filled with with love and compassion in elopements, weddings, and funerals.
I've also brought about life changing help to people in need of grief and forgiveness coaching and hypnotherapy. Just because your loved one has passed, doesn't mean you are okay right now. Grief takes a long time to heal from but it can be easier to move forward when you have learned to use tools to help you cope with your grief. Through coaching and if needed hypnosis, people can begin to heal much faster and move forward with their lives faster. Moving forward faster does not mean you will not think of your loved one all the time, because you certainly will. You'll just understand how to function again without their daily presence in your life.
Your loved one would not want you to stop living your best life. Death is part of life, but it's been the unspoken topic that people are uncomfortable talking about. This is where you and I start talking about it; I teach you ways in how to handle grief so that it doesn't have a negative affect your physical, mental, or emotional health. There is no need to grieve to the point of creating health complications for yourself.
Forgiveness is a hard thing to work through on your own. Forgiveness and Grief are very similar emotional and mental traumas. Forgiveness however can be grieving over failed relationship, loss of trust that leaves you unable to repair a relationship, dealing with a traumatic event in your life to many other things. Coaching and Hypnotherapy can be a huge step to bring your life back to peace through forgiveness. Whether you need to forgive someone else or forgive yourself, or possibly both; there are tools and techniques that can help you overcome the chaos in your mind or heart. If you truly want to put those thoughts to rest that have bothered you for a long time, possibly many years, then take control and ask for help. If you are not ready for coaching and hypnosis, then see the Resources Page, and start doing some research to find what you think would be best for you.
